Early Pregnancy Workshops

I am joining Victoria Ward, Sally Lomas and Sarah Allen, who are all antenatal teachers, in offering free early pregnancy workshops for parents-to-be from 12-22 weeks of pregnancy.These workshops run throughout the year and cover topics such as antenatal tests, nutrition, development of your baby, exercise, where to have your baby and much more. Antenatal Breastfeeding Workshops

These workshops will help prepare you for breastfeeding your baby and look at the impact of feeding method on the health of mum and baby, how breastfeeding works, how to attach your baby to the breast, what to expect when breastfeeding, common concerns and myths, expressing, where to get support, the role of fathers and much more.

My workshops will be included as part of the antenatal courses run by Victoria Ward, Sally Lomas and Sarah Allen. See their websites below for more information and to book.

Workshops include an information pack on breastfeeding and parents who attend an antenatal breastfeeding workshop will get 10% off the cost of a post natal visit.
